making biodiesel by physical production Basics

Biodiesel is bio-degradable, eco-friendly and a non-poisonous fuel. As biodiesel can be blended with diesel in any concentration, the blend level depends on economics, availability, the desired emissions level, material compatibility and combustion characteristics.

The esterified oil can be exploited to energize the unmodified diesel engines. Biodiesel is defined as mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats which conform to specifications for use in diesel engines. Water can cause pitting in the pistons of diesel engines.

Because it is also a naturally oxygenated fuel and contains very little sulfur and aromatics it is an extremely clean burning fuel. Biodiesel holds the promise of being used as a cheaper alternative heating fuel for domestic and commercial boilers. The vegetable oil can be fresh or virgin oil made from soybeans, corn, mustard, flaxseed, and sunflower oil.

Having a wasteful attitude has been exacerbated by the lack of proper education in the basic skills of survival. The fuel should be stored in a clean, dry, dark environment.
